On the road again

After Dani's 6 month appointment, Jeff, Danica, Gene, Eva and I all drove to Fargo to look at various semi trucks and trailers. We stopped in Minot, Rugby and then dropped Gene & Eva off at Hillsboro where they spent the night. Jeff, Dani and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Fargo for both the nights we were there. Jeff purchased a semi and trailer the next day at a place in South Fargo. While we were there Mimi came over to see us, we went shopping with Sara, Wyatt and Eva, we made a quick trip to Bob & Ruth Farring's house in South Fargo and went out to eat with family.

At the hotel Dani was able to have her first pool experience. Unfortunately, being tall has its downfalls and her swimsuit was really short! Ouch! Anyways, we had to put her swim diaper on the outside, cuz there was absolutely NO ROOM inside! :) Poor Dani. She was a little unsure of the whole swimming thing at first probably due to the pool being so cold, but she got into it after a while and seemed to be enjoying herself.

When we left Fargo, Jeff stayed back to drive the semi home, which was suppose to be done that day. Needless to say, the truck wasn't done until the next afternoon, but he made it home just fine. The Gene, Eva, Danica and Krista bunch had a flat tire on the interstate. Gene seemed like a tire changing pro and I just have to say that all those people that do not move to the other lane when there is somebody stopped on the shoulder are ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I cannot stand that, major pet peeve.
