Excursion (2/28 - 3/1/09)
Last weekend Jeff, Danica and I drove to Pierre, SD to test drive a 2005 Ford Excursion Limited to accomodate our growing family. After taking some day trips and weekend getaways in our truck and car, we quickly realized we would need more room for the carseat, pack n play, and suitcases. The drive went well, Danica slept almost the whole time except to eat and diaper changes. The test drive also went well, and we ended up purchasing the Excursion and trading Jeff's truck. The vehicle is very nice and spacious, there are even 5 DVD screens inside to keep little ones and maybe us entertained! :) I've quickly learned that the bench seat in the back makes an excellent baby changing table. LOL

We are working on trading in my car now for a new one since mine only has two doors...and that wouldn't work really well for putting a car seat in the back! Glad you found a nice one!!
It was absolutely amazing how small my Toyota Camry and Jeff's Ford Crew Cab got after having Danica. Buy BIG! :)
I did the same thing but not until D was 2. It's amazing what it feels like to have room in a vehicle again.
